a couple years ago i was part of a recipe swap and recieved a yummy taco recipe. I used to make it ALL the time! Jason and I wanted them for dinner this past week, but i couldn’t find the recipe, so I had to wing it. They were good!!!
1 pork loin (doesn’t matter the size)
1-2 cans of diced green chilis (depends on how large the pork is)
1/2- 1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of lime juice
throw all of the ingredients into a crockpot and cook until the pork sharts pulling apart (its should shread by itself). serve on tortilla with grated jack cheese (we get the spicy kind) and a dolop of sour cream.

the other day Morgan posted an apron (and tutorial!!) on her blog for the cutest apron! I have never done ruffles….but i did them last night! I had to try this apron…and i needed an apron (have you seen what kind a mess I make!!?!)
